What is the payment schedule and cancellation policy?
We ask for a 50% deposit after booking, with the balance payable on arrival. Visa and Mastercard payments are available, and a card service fee may apply. Cancellation terms depend on the rate and booking channel and are shown before confirmation; contact our team if you are unsure.
Can you arrange transport to Mangroove Bay?
Yes. We can arrange an air-conditioned car from the airport or your previous hotel. The drive from South Bali usually takes about four hours, depending on traffic. Send us your arrival details and group size and we will confirm the current price; scenic stops can also be arranged.
How do I get to Mangroove Bay?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible when availability and housekeeping allow, so please ask the team before arrival.
Can we eat at Mangroove Bay?
Yes. Mangroove Bay Restaurant serves food on site. Suma and Senja restaurants are also nearby at Sumberkima Hill, and our complimentary shuttle can take guests there when available.
Should we reserve excursions in advance?
Our team can organise excursions before or during your stay. Booking at least one day ahead is recommended, and earlier is better during busy periods or for activities with limited places.
How much is a snorkelling trip to Menjangan Island?
Private and shared boat trips are available. Inclusions, park fees and prices can change, especially on Sundays and public holidays, so ask our team for the current options, departure times and a complete quote.
How do I get around the area?
A complimentary shuttle connects Mangroove Bay with Sumberkima Hill on the available schedule. Taxis and motorbike rental are also available locally, and our team can help arrange the right option.
Can we fly a drone at Mangroove Bay?
Only with prior permission from the manager. Drone use must respect other guests' privacy, local conditions and any restrictions the manager sets for the day.
How far is it to the beach?
Mangroove Bay is on the waterfront at Sumberkima Bay, the starting point for reef-restoration snorkelling, the white-sand island and kayaking. Pemuteran Beach is about a 10-minute drive away.
Are there markets or supermarkets nearby?
The traditional market and supermarket are about a 10-minute drive away, and the nearest minimarket is approximately seven minutes away.
What religions are practised in the area?
The local community includes both Hindu and Muslim residents. Visitors are welcome and should be respectful around temples, prayer times, ceremonies and local dress customs.
